There are currently no active application cycles for this program. If you were expecting to find an available application, there are few possible reasons why:

  1. If it is for a program starting anytime from summer 2024 to spring 2025, applications will not open until November 1, 2023, but deadlines will be available here. Consider signing up for alerts in your inbox with our interest list and on your phone with the UC Merced Connect app.
  2. If it is for an earlier term, the deadline for the program may have passed quite some time ago.
  3. If the program has limited spots, the program may now be full and no longer accepting new applications.

Greece - Athens

Spend a summer in the classical yet modern city of Athens, Greece with AIFS Abroad! Choose from a wide variety of course options offered at the American College of Greece. Located in the charming suburb of Aghia Paraskevi, the college boasts modern classrooms, an extensive library and Olympic-standard athletic facilities.

Where You'll Study

DEREE – ACG, founded in 1875, is the oldest and largest independent, American-sponsored college or university in Europe. With a student population of over 2,900 and offering over 1,000 courses each year, it is the only institution in Athens with American accreditation. Located on a beautiful, wooded hillside in the attractive suburb of Aghia Paraskevi, the college’s tree-lined campus offers an ideal setting to study in Greece, with modern classrooms, an impressive library and Olympic-standard athletic facilities. Climate Action Network for International Educators (CANIE).
Focused on making education abroad carbon neutral, we include
